The Fall 2010 Athens Historical Home Tour, scheduled for Sundays October 24th and November the 7th from 2 until 4 p.m. saw over 200 participants. Agents and Owner Representatives were on-hand to answer questions about the homes and the Historical Living Experience.
Offerings were priced from $279,000 to $600,000.
As Historical home lovers and owners, we have been asked numerous times about living in a home with history. We have remodeled 12 historic homes in the past, listed and sold countless others, and have crafted almost exclusively in Athens over the last ten years. From Carrolton Avenue and the street car lines in New Orleans, to Clinton, Holmes and Walker Avenues in Huntsville's Old Town, to Athens' Robert Beaty District, no neighborhood offers the historied, the valued, and the varied architecture found here in Athens.
15 years ago we waited thirteen months for a Robert Beaty home to come available and felt lucky to get an early contract.
